About Us
Rachel and her husband, Xi, established WAO Early Learning in 2018. Their journey began at Kelvin Kindergarten St Ives, where they successfully transformed an aging facility into a welcoming Long Day Care centre that embraced natural elements. Over time, WAO Early Learning has expanded its services, providing a nurturing and loving environment for children and families in Sydney and Bombala.
Rachel's educational accomplishments include a Master of Business Management from Griffith University and a Master of Commerce in Marketing from Macquarie University. With a background in consulting and the education industry, both in Australia and overseas, Rachel's passion for business operations and early childhood education has led her to pursue a Master of Teaching (birth to five years) at Macquarie University.
Xi holds a Master of Translating and Interpreting from Macquarie University, as well as a Master of Teaching from the University of Tasmania. Xi has gained valuable training and educational experiences in finance and language learning fields, both in Australia and overseas. He is currently on the brink of completing his Master's degree in Early Childhood Education at Macquarie University, further enhancing his expertise in the field.
